Job Responsibilities / Skills

Product Analysis

  • Analytical approach to problem solving, and process and workflow improvement
  • Gather business requirements to determine project scope
  • Document business processes in detail and ability to be a liaison between business and operations and technology
  • Work with operations, product and technology teams to devise solutions
  • Ability to convert business requirements and changes into process and data flow documentation
  • Logical and thorough approach to requirements, technology and functional gap analyses
  • Experience with test planning and execution
  • Ability to oversee and coordinate activities on small-scale projects and hold stakeholders accountable
  • A demonstrated commitment to follow up and follow through
  • Responsible for identifying and evaluating impact of changes in scope and work with leadership on project change management
  • Competently work with and receive guidance from operations and various subject matter experts


  • Conduct execution of centralized implementation activities for new and existing customers
  • Assist in management of operational, product and technical implementation of customer requirements
  • Review external customer product demands/requests, assess scope and resource requirements
  • Ensure that implementations are completed on time and meet customer expectations
  • Assist with the scoping of implementation activities as it relates to prospect proposals
  • Develop detailed plans including schedule and budget, outlining the duties of each team member and setting clear goals
  • Continuous monitoring of implementation activities and goals and provide timely reporting of obstacles and risks
  • Complete project close functions to include success metrics, setbacks and opportunities for improvement

  • Ability to clearly describe tasks and goals and organize accountable parties
  • Ability to simplify complicated ideas and technology to the business

Must haves:

  • Candidate has obtained their bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university
  • Large scale project management experience in a service operations setting
  • 3 years in a BA or operations role with project experience
  • Competent in suite of MS Office products, including Visio and Project; JIRA

Strong Preferences:

  • Experience in healthcare industry
  • Understanding of general in Durable Medical Equipment (DME), Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) providers/payer procedures  
  • Extensive experience in Visio (or similar), JIRA, PowerPoint and MS Project
  • Previous experience working in product / business analysis role(s) for a healthcare company or as a BA for a consulting firm
