The Position

Integra is looking for an experienced Implementation Manager with strong process analysis skills and the ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization in order to consistently achieve practical project outcomes. The Implementation Manager will review external clients’ product demands, develop project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. The IM will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to identify and document opportunities for improvement, devise solutions and lead colleagues through a controlled implementation process.

This position will work in a central PMO role and activities will include technology assessment as it relates to business operations, process gap analysis and improvement, and customer-impacting process improvements.

 

Job Responsibilities / Skills

Implementation Management

  • Oversee the planning and successful execution of centralized implementation activities for new and existing customers
  • Responsible for the operational, product and technical implementation of customer requirements
  • Review external customer product demands/requests, assess scope and resource requirements
  • Oversee integration of health plans’ annual open enrollment changes
  • Ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget and meet customer expectations
  • Assist with the scoping of implementation activities as it relates to prospect proposals
  • Partner with operations and SMEs to define implementations and ensure a smooth transition from project to operations
  • Develop detailed plans including schedule and budget, outlining the duties of each team member and setting clear goals
  • Communicate roles, responsibilities, expectations and progress to key stakeholders
  • Continuous monitoring of implementation activities and goals and provide timely reporting of obstacles and risks
  • Complete project close functions to include success metrics, setbacks and opportunities for improvement

Communication

  • Articulate, able to adapt communication style for varying audiences and purposes
  • Ability to clearly describe tasks and goals and organize accountable parties
  • Powerful, concise and effective slide design
  • Ability to simplify complicated ideas and technology to the business
  • Logical, structured approach to subject summaries and explanations of recommendations or decisions
  • Persuasive, compelling verbal style

Requirements

Must haves:

  • Candidate has obtained their bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university
  • Experience across multiple departments and managing multi-disciplinary work streams
  • 3+ years of PM/BA experience including specific experience in new customer on-boarding
  • Experienced and highly competent with Microsoft Office including, MS Project and Visio

Strong Preferences:

  • Experience in healthcare industry
  • Clear understanding of project and product methodology
  • Previous PM/BA experience in large consulting firm
