Scope and Responsibility

Given Integra’s continued growth and momentum, the company is adding depth to its Technology team. Integra is seeking a results-oriented, dynamic, and organized Technical Lead who possesses the ability to design, develop and deploy multi-tiered Web applications for healthcare network management. The employee will play a critical role in the full development life cycle, from conception through support and maintenance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new product modules, features, and enhancements that meet specified technical and business requirements.
  • The Full Stack .Net Tech Lead is responsible for leading a software project team, developing applications consistently, adhering to a standard set of tools and architecture.
  • The selected candidate will be a key member of a core development team participating in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Work with other leads on the applications Design and Architecture effort.
  • Responsible for the quality and completeness of detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and code reviews as well as adherence to non-functional requirements.
  • Proactively accesses technical issues and risks that could impact project schedule.
  • Work with product manager and application manager to ensure that client expectations are met and that project schedules are adhered to.
  • Interact with end users to understand requirement specifications, perform analysis, documentation, design, and code test solutions.
  • Document, develop, maintain and upgrade existing applications, modifying the Applications as required, based on the desired Architecture.
  • Design and develop databases and reporting and business intelligence systems.
  • Work with on-shore and off-shore team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer or Information Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or similar.  5 - 7 years relevant experience.
  • Strong development experience with ASP.NET, MVC, C#, LINQ, AJAX, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, XML and CSS.
  • Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming, system architecture and designs patterns.
  • Proficient in SQL Server 2008 and higher.
  • Advanced experience with WCF framework including REST, OData Web services and Web API.
  • Strong UI/Front-end web development experience.
  • Must have experience designing N-tier web application.
  • Experience building Robust APIs for different systems’ integrations.
  • Experience with Azure SQL Database.
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Mobile development and Salesforce APEX programming is a plus.
  • Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Efficiently able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • High level of integrity in dealing with confidential information.
