Scope and Responsibility

Given Integra’s continued growth and momentum, the company is looking to add additional depth to its IT/Product team. The Director of Product Management will report directly to the Chief Information & Product Officer. They will partner with teams organization-wide to create the future product vision and provide leadership in realizing that vision.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Strategy & Oversight

  • Introduce, evolve and oversee product governance
  • Collaborate with leadership, management and team members to develop product vision
  • Be an advocate for the people and companies we serve
  • Manage the product portfolio

Planning, Process & Execution

  • Develop, manage and maintain the product roadmap
  • Lead and conduct needs definition exercises
  • Partner with engineering to optimize our product development methodology
  • Conduct buy vs. build assessments

Measuring Success

  • Conduct quantitative modeling of success metrics
  • Contribute to or complete cost-benefit analysis for new product features or initiatives
  • Complete product benefit projections & forecasts
  • Responsible for business case monitoring and benefit realization

Product Research & Value Delivery

  • User personas, experience evaluation, definition and testing
  • Conduct user segmentation and analysis
  • Responsible for competitive product analysis
  • Create and lead a team of company product ambassadors

Change Management & Quality Assurance

  • Responsible for roll-out change management oversight
  • Review test scenarios and coordinate training
  • Develop product release notes
  • Manage product sunset / end of life

Requirements

  • Demonstrated healthcare industry experience (payor/provider side)
  • 7-10+ years of experience with the full lifecycle of software development   
  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • B2B product management experience
  • Effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure optimal decision-making
  • Strong design skills coupled with systematic vision and thinking  
  • Experience with managing third-party vendors
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or quantitative studies or equivalent experience
