Given Integra’s continued growth and momentum, the company is adding a HR Manager in our Bloomfield Hills, Michigan location. We are currently digesting our growth, without slowing down, and putting in place operational improvements, resulting in structure and scalability in Michigan for our fast growing organization.

The HR Manager will report directly to the VP of Talent and People Operations. You will work closely with your business partners to help create a high level of employee engagement, foster healthy employee relations, be a leader in creating and maintaining our culture. You will be critical to the success and support of our growth and will also have the opportunity to lead companywide initiatives. Job Responsibilities

  • HR business partner currently supporting ~4 VP/Directors and 4-6 Managers and Supervisors
  • Manage all recruiting for the Michigan team with the support of an HR Coordinator
  • Partner with business leaders to drive employee engagement which includes but is not limited to communication, education/training, individual development/career growth and building trust through out the organization to directly impact employee satisfaction
  • Educate and administer employee benefits
  • Perform wage and benefit analysis
  • Counsel, coach, and resolve all employee relations issues
  • Implement and maintain policies and procedures
  • Support Performance Management across departments
  • Creation and implementation of change management plans
  • Lead employment file audit
  • Assist in onboarding and new hire responsibilities in Michigan
  • Maintain understanding of current Federal and State case laws in order to be “go-to” person for all issues regarding FMLA, ADA, FLSA, ADEA, etc.
  • Work directly with management on organizational development and succession planning
  • Work directly with management team on professional development and operations training for business departments

  • Research, suggest, and implement all HR technology and systemsBe the lead for the Integra CULTURE BRIGADE in the Michigan Office partnering with a team of high performing employees and a lead in the New York Office on the following employee driven culture programs:

    • Random Acts of WOW/FUN for our employees
    • Social Impact/Volunteerism
    • Office Environment
    • Working with the HR Team on communication, change management, organizational development, succession planning and learning
    • The desire to learn and grow in all areas of Human Resources and in business leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline a plus
  • 5+ Years of HR experience in a fast paced environment
  • 5+ Years of leadership and influence (direct reports not required)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pro-active, results oriented, adaptable individual
  • Able to manage multiple, complex projects
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills required
  • Curious, adaptive, focused, able to change and grow
  • Leader comfortable hiring and developing high performing teams
  • Recruiting experience required
  • Employment law and employee relations experience required
  • Human capital management experience a plus
  • Project management skills required
