Scope and Responsibility

Enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes. Process orders and route them to the appropriate providers based on internal DMEPOS policies and procedures. This role will be based in Integra’s DMEnsion Benefit Management business. This office is located in Bloomfield Hills, MI. This position will partner with both our Michigan and New York teams.

 Job Responsibilities

  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Keep information confidential

 Requirements

  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Typing speed and accuracy: 45+ WPM
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly gain product knowledge
  • Flexible and able to multitask and work with changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and prepared to work independently or as an active team player
